Job Title: Maintenance Lead Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Lead on the 1st Shift from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with minimal on-call expectations. You'll receive a minimum of four hours' pay for any trips into the shop during on-call times. We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual to maintain and troubleshoot equipment in our state-of-the-art fabrication facility.
Responsibilities
Apply basic mechanical knowledge and use power tools such as drills, angle grinders, and band saws.
Operate man lifts and forklifts safely.
Troubleshoot equipment and machinery effectively.
Understand and work with industrial maintenance systems, including 240/480 power supply, compressed air, plumbing, and gas supply.
Perform manual labor and demolition work as needed.
Follow directions and ensure safe work practices around heavy equipment and electrical supplies.
Execute the preventative maintenance plan for all shop equipment and machines, including overhead cranes and forklifts.
Assist in production tasks as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
Proficiency as a maintenance technician with skills in wiring schematics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and motors.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose industrial equipment issues.
Capability to run wires and rewire machinery.
Skill in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and manufacturing blueprints.
Familiarity with maintenance software and equipment like Maintain-X, limit switches, BLM Laser, and Tube Laser.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Skill in diagnosing electrical issues using a multi-meter.
Understanding of industrial electricity, specifically 480v systems.
Must bring your own basic hand and power tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
