The Solar Construction Manager plays a critical leadership role in delivering high‑quality commercial solar projects that power businesses and communities across Florida and the Caribbean. This position is responsible for leading all field operations from project kickoff through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, on time, and on budget.
As a key driver of project success, you will manage crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and quality control while serving as the on‑site representative of Advanced Green Technologies. Your leadership directly impacts production performance, team morale, client satisfaction, and profitability.
