Entry-Level Cable Technician (Low Voltage / Structured Cabling)Job Description
The Cable Technician is responsible for installing, terminating, testing, labeling, and troubleshooting low-voltage structured cabling systems that support physical security solutions. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems for commercial and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
Pull, route, and secure low-voltage cabling (Cat5/Cat6) in commercial environments
Terminate and label cables at patch panels, jacks, and security devices
Assist with installation of access control systems, CCTV cameras, and burglar alarm components
Test and troubleshoot cabling for continuity and performance
Follow blueprints, floor plans, and installation standards
Maintain clean cable pathways and organized work areas
Adhere to job site safety requirements and PPE standards
Support lead technicians with day-to-day installation activities
Required Skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
