Job Description
We are seeking a Level 1 Technician to support installation work at a data center construction site. This is an entry-level role for individuals with experience in physically demanding environments who are looking to learn the low-voltage and data center industry. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to work extended hours as needed.
What You'll Do
Pull and route cabling throughout the data center environment
Assemble, stack, and drill racks and equipment
Scan, label, and port equipment according to project standards
Support installation activities under the direction of experienced technicians
Work on ladders and lifts throughout the workday
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Assist with additional tasks needed to support project completion
What You Bring
Experience working in physically demanding environments such as construction, trades, manufacturing, landscaping, warehouse, or military environments
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable attendance and dependability
Comfortable working on ladders and lifts for extended periods
Ability to work 10-hour shifts outdoors in both hot and cold weather conditions
Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays and occasional mandatory OT
Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
Nice to Have
Low-voltage or cable pulling experience
Hands-on electrical experience
Military background
Previous data center or construction site experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ridgeville, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
