Location: New Albany, OH (Columbus Area)
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00/hr
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Duration: 6 Months with potential for permanent hire
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Saturday
What You'll Be Doing
As a Cable Installer, you'll work alongside experienced technicians building out network infrastructure inside a large-scale data center environment.
Responsibilities include:
Pulling, dressing, and labeling Cat5e and Cat6 cabling
Assisting with structured cabling installations
Learning RJ45 terminations and patch panel installations
Performing basic punch-downs on telecommunications systems
Assisting with cable testing using Fluke and EXFO equipment
Supporting fiber cable routing and cable management
Installing and organizing cable pathways and infrastructure
Following safety procedures and site requirements
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Working closely with senior technicians and project leads
What We're Looking For
Candidates do not need extensive low-voltage experience. The client is primarily looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
