Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM-6:00 PM or 6:00 PM-6:00 AM), 4 Days per Week
Compensation: Up to $100,000 annually

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, maintaining a safe workplace, and developing maintenance personnel through coaching and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and mechanics.
Schedule labor resources and assign work orders based on operational priorities.
Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and technical capabilities.
Facilitate communication across shifts and departments to support continuous operations.
Conduct performance evaluations and address employee performance concerns as needed.
Maintenance & Equipment Reliability
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance efforts on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic PLC-related issues.
Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact to production.
Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards.
Participate in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop environment.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to food manufacturing requirements.
Project Coordination
Plan and prioritize maintenance projects and downtime activities.
Partner with production, quality, and sanitation teams to support operational goals.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and industrial equipment.
Working knowledge of CMMS systems.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and emergency coverage as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or technical certification.
Experience in food manufacturing or bakery production environments.
HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, and utility systems experience.
Welding and fabrication experience.
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.
Experience with three-phase power and motor controls.
Work Environment
Large-scale food manufacturing facility.
PPE, hair nets, and GMP compliance required.
Fast-paced production environment with exposure to industrial equipment and machinery.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $89316.00 - $102713.00/hr.
