District Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing advanced technical maintenance support across multiple retread manufacturing facilities, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and at optimal performance levels. The role inspects, repairs, rebuilds, calibrates, and troubleshoots complex production equipment while serving as a key maintenance resource for plant operations. This position also trains associates on non-routine maintenance procedures and best practices, helping to build technical capabilities and maintain safety standards across locations. Additionally, the District Maintenance Supervisor coordinates equipment installations with plant teams and external vendors, manages maintenance activities on time and within budget, and requires extensive travel to support regional operations.

What You Will Do
Inspect, maintain, repair, rebuild, and calibrate manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Serve as a technical expert by diagnosing and resolving complex equipment and maintenance issues across multiple facilities.
Train and support associates on specialized maintenance procedures, best practices, and safety standards.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure all machinery is operating properly with required safeguards in place.
Coordinate equipment installation projects by partnering with plant teams and external vendors to achieve successful implementation.
Manage maintenance priorities and communicate with stakeholders to deliver projects and repairs on time and within budget.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, 8 or more years of equivalent professional experience.
Three or more years of equipment maintenance experience, including hands-on repair of production equipment.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with working knowledge of PLCs, PCs, and automated equipment.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience training and guiding others on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety practices.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively in support of regional maintenance operations.
