6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule field technicians based on customer needs, technician availability, and project requirements
Create and manage work orders, service appointments, and scheduling documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service updates and scheduling
Partner with Project Managers, Supervisors, and Operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed
Track service activities and maintain accurate records within internal systems
Investigate customer concerns and provide timely resolution
Generate reports and support administrative documentation for service operations
Qualifications
5+ years of scheduling, dispatching, service coordination, or operations support experience
Salesforce experience
Experience supporting HVAC, construction, field service, facilities management, or skilled trades teams
Experience coordinating field technicians and service operations

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
