We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to support our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service resources, scheduling field personnel, managing work orders, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service resources to support project and service needs.
Assign technicians and team members to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure timely project completion.
Generate work order documentation, dispatch technicians, and communicate scheduling updates to customers.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, HVAC Field Technician Supervisors, Controls Technicians, and HVAC Technicians to coordinate field activities.
Coordinate with Parts and Procurement teams to secure necessary materials and equipment.
Review and process project paperwork, complete service calls, and forward documentation to Project Administrators.
Investigate customer concerns, route issues to the appropriate teams, and respond to special requests.
Enter and maintain project data within company systems, including job tracking software.
Generate, interpret, and distribute operational and service reports.
Support operational needs, including occasional overtime and weekend work as required.
Required Qualifications
One-year certificate from a college or technical school OR
Five (5) or more years of related experience and/or training OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard office equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Energy Management Systems (EMS).
Experience working with HVAC systems and/or temperature controls.
Previous dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience within a construction, HVAC, mechanical, or building automation environment

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
