What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key liaison between customers, internal business partners, and field service teams. Responsibilities include:

• Answer inbound customer and partner inquiries via phone and email

• Create and manage service requests for repairs, maintenance, installations, and other support needs

• Coordinate service dispatches and communicate updates to customers and internal teams

• Process replacement part orders and follow up on part deliveries

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems

• Monitor and update equipment and maintenance records

• Assist with service order completion and issue resolution

• Support inventory tracking and spare parts management

• Generate and maintain various operational reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Technical Support, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and IT

• Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office or professional environment

• At least 1 year of data entry experience

• Experience handling business phone calls and customer inquiries

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with SAP

• Logistics or supply chain experience

• College degree

• Experience with Lotus Notes or similar systems

Work Environment

• Professional corporate office setting

• Business casual dress code

• Hybrid schedule with a combination of onsite and remote work

• Candidates should expect regular onsite collaboration and training

• Comprehensive onboarding and training program (approximately 3+ weeks)

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Standard schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Training shifts may vary between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM start times

• Occasional overtime may be available with prior approval

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
