Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced, diverse environment, and possesses strong administrative abilities, people skills, and a positive, ambitious attitude.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first impression for guests, clients, vendors, and employees by managing the reception desk.
Collaborate with the Workplace Coordinator to order and program access cards and coordinate parking for employees.
Ensure security protocols are followed for visitors, candidates, and employees.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakroom and conference rooms in reception areas.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail delivered to the reception desk.
Oversee management and distribution of corporate credit cards.
Maintain office supplies by monitoring stock levels and coordinating refills with day porters.
Coordinate the lunch service program and order additional meals for special events.
Act as the main point of contact for water delivery and snack services in guest-facing areas.
Manage and redirect facilities tickets.
Provide creative solutions and insights for workplace improvements.
Become the local and global expert on company operations.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Prepare workstations for new hires by ensuring necessary equipment is installed and maintaining clean workspaces.
Essential Skills
Proactive, team player, and self-starter with proven multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Hands-on experience with Mac and Windows, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.
Experience with a ticketing system like JIRA.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2 - 3 years of experience required; intermediate-level position.
Hospitality and customer service industry experience is a plus.
Office administration experience is a must.
No specific educational preference.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
