Job Title: Maintenance Technician Supervisor
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and minimal production downtime. This role coordinates and monitors repairs, assigns and manages work orders through MaintainX, and develops and maintains preventative maintenance and inventory management systems. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, Production leadership, IT, Purchasing, and Safety teams, the Maintenance Lead supports equipment purchases, installation projects, staffing and scheduling needs, and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. The position also collaborates with other maintenance departments and outside contractors to implement best practices, maintain adequate tools and supplies, and ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in support of production goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Work Environment
Work on the 1st shift from 6:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, in a very clean and regulated environment. The air-conditioned maintenance room is organized and equipped to support your work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
