Maintenance Supervisor
Lead a Skilled Maintenance Team in a Growing Manufacturing Environment

What You'll Do
Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians in daily maintenance activities
Schedule and prioritize maintenance work to support production goals
Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure work is completed effectively
Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide hands-on support when needed
Coordinate repairs, installations, and continuous improvement projects
Train and mentor maintenance technicians to develop technical skills and improve performance
Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to maximize equipment uptime
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support maintenance planning, inventory management, and project execution
What We're Looking For
Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
Experience working with industrial production equipment
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems
Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
