Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an advanced maintenance electrician for a mid-size fiberglass manufacturer. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting various electrical components such as PLC's, I/O's, Limit Switches, VFD's, Sensors, Motors, and Relays. The role requires prior experience in control panels, troubleshooting using HMI's, and tracing wires. The position also involves performing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance, including repairs to conveyors, chains, bearings, sprockets, cylinders, and valves.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot PLC's, I/O's, Limit Switches, VFD's, Sensors, Motors, and Relays.
Work with control panels and perform troubleshooting using HMI's.
Trace electrical wires and perform preventive maintenance.
Conduct hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance.
Repair conveyors, chains, bearings, sprockets, cylinders, and valves.
Essential Skills
5+ years of maintenance electrician experience.
Experience with Sensors, VFD's, HMI's, I/O's, Relays, Fuses, Tracing Wires, 3-phase Motors, and Control Panels.
Proficiency in troubleshooting PLC's.
Experience in maintenance supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience with Allen Bradley and/or Omron PLC's is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot using ladder logic.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment
This role is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility currently undergoing renovations. You will work the night shift from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 5am, with weekends and overtime as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
