The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance department to ensure maximum equipment availability, facility safety, and operational efficiency. This role oversees a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, manages the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, controls the maintenance budget, leads site CapEx spend, and drives reliability improvements. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Working with Aero Alliance. Aero Alliance is a joint venture between GE Vernova and Baker Hughes, specializing in the repair and remanufacturing of channel-owned industrial gas turbine engines - including the LM 2500, LM 6000, and LMS series. With approximately 400 employees operating across two shifts on a large industrial campus, our work spans the full engine lifecycle: disassembly, analysis, component repair, functional testing, and return to service.

Lead and develop a team of two maintenance engineers - one currently on staff overseeing the test cell, one to be hired - setting the standard for technical rigor, accountability, and continuous growth

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or equivalent work experience in industrial maintenance leadership.
5-10 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
In-depth knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and MS Office suite.
Strong financial acumen, including budget tracking and cost-benefit analysis.
Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and safety/environmental compliance.
Desired Characteristics:
Able to read and interpret service repair manuals and technical publications to determine work procedures.
Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Experience developing TPM, OEE programs
Direct experience managing shop floor personnel and contractors in a repair shop setting.
Strong background in managing large-scale capital investment projects.
Able to balance urgent, daily repairs with long-term reliability planning.
Able to explain technical maintenance issues to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Executive Leadership).
Able to make high-stakes decisions under pressure during equipment outages.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $122,600.00 and $204,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
