Key Responsibilities:

 - Perform fiber splicing on high‑count cables in active data center environments

 - Complete ribbon splicing, including spider ribbon fiber, on tight timelines

 - Prep and splice large cable counts as they arrive on site Work efficiently to meet daily splice production expectations

 - Move between job sites as project needs shift

Skills and Requirements

Technical Requirements:

 - Fiber splicing experience with the following cable configurations: 8×64 (minimum required) or 69×13

 - Experience with ribbon splicing or closely related splicing methods

 - Experience prepping cables including: 17/28, 8/64, 69/12, 34/56

 - Familiarity with data center fiber environments strongly preferred

 - Requirements Minimum 2 years of fiber splicing experience

 - Candidates with at least 1 year of splicing experience in any capacity will be considered if they have data center exposure and strong fundamentals

Ability to produce approximately 96-144 ribbon splices per day Client values work ethic, reliability, and attitude; character is prioritized alongside technical ability
