Our client in Bellevue, WA is currently hiring for a Project Coordinator (HVAC / Controls). This position supports HVAC and controls service operations by coordinating resources, scheduling field teams, managing documentation, and serving as a primary point of contact between customers, Project Managers, and Field Technician Supervisors. This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term potential.
Pay - $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience, tenure, and relevant experience)
Location - Bellevue, WA
Schedule - Standard Monday - Friday (40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime or weekends as needed)
Placement Type - Contract to Hire (6 months)
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service resources including technicians, subcontractors, materials, and equipment based on project needs and availability
Dispatch HVAC and Controls Technicians in collaboration with Project Managers and Field Technician Supervisors
Generate work orders and accurately enter project and job information into internal systems
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong communication and customer satisfaction throughout project execution
Review completed service documentation and route information to Project Administration as required
Track service start‑ups and ongoing work activity within job management systems
Coordinate with internal departments such as Parts and Procurement to support operational needs
Investigate customer concerns, route issues to appropriate teams, and follow through to resolution
Generate, interpret, and distribute service and operational reports
Support operational needs with scheduling flexibility when required
Qualification Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, project coordination, or construction operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with service dispatching or scheduling preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office systems
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to perform basic math and interpret reports and data
Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
Disqualifiers
Less than 3 years of relevant service coordination, dispatch, or project coordination experience
No experience supporting HVAC service, controls, or construction operations
Inability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously
