What you’ll do
As the "eyes and ears" on the ground, you will:
- Ensure Excellence: Conduct rigorous field inspections during and after installation to guarantee every project meets high-level specifications.
- Solve Problems: Identify technical non-compliance and work collaboratively with construction teams to implement real-time solutions.
- Document Success: Maintain precise records of testing and milestones, providing the data that keeps our projects moving forward.
- Be the Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert on industry standards and customer installation requirements.
- Misc: Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions, Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need
We are looking for dedicated professionals who thrive in dynamic, outdoor environments.
The Essentials:
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant field experience = Quality Control or Telecom experience.
- Education: An Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- The Basics: Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and hold a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of telecom construction practices and installation standards.
Physical Readiness:
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and remote locations.
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders) and lifting up to 55 lbs when needed.
- Flexibility for overtime, travel, and occasional on-call/after-hours shifts.
