The Basics: 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
The Foundation: At least one year of relevant field experience.
The Expert Touch (Preferred): QC experience or an Associate’s degree in a related field.
Industry Savvy: A solid understanding of telecom construction and customer installation standards.
Resilience: Comfortable working independently in various weather conditions, handling physical tasks (lifting up to 55 lbs), and staying flexible for overtime/on-call needs to get the job done.
