Maintenance Mechanics - Earn Up to $28/hr + Bonus

We're hiring Maintenance Mechanics and Entry-Level Maintenance Helpers to join a growing manufacturing team in the Salisbury area. Whether you're experienced or looking to grow your skills-we have a spot for you.
Pay You Can Count On:
Mechanics: $19 - $28/hr (based on experience)
Entry Level Maintenance Helpers: $15 - $17/hr
+ $2/hr weekly attendance bonus Show up and get rewarded-every week
⏰ Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (2nd shift starts on 1st shift for paid training)

Troubleshooting and repairing equipment
Performing preventative maintenance

Assisting with installs, upgrades, and improvements
What We're Looking For:
Maintenance Mechanics:
Manufacturing maintenance experience required
Comfortable with mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
Maintenance Helpers:
Some basic mechanical knowledge preferred
Willingness to learn and grow into a skilled role
