Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and commission access control and security systems

• Install door hardware including mag locks, electric strikes, and related devices

• Install, service, and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems

• Read and interpret access control and CCTV blueprints and schematics

• Work safely on ladders and lifts; comfortable working at heights

• Support additional low voltage systems as needed at commercial and industrial sites (offices, schools, hospitals, warehouses, etc.)

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial access control and/or CCTV installation experience

• Working knowledge of telecom and data networks

• Programming experience with access control and CCTV systems preferred

• Manufacturer certifications, BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications are a plus

• Own basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Ability to travel to job sites within the region as needed
