On behalf of our client we are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to support daily communication and scheduling activities for their team Skokie in Illinois. This permanent, in office role serves as a key connection point for customers, sales staff, and installation personnel, helping each interaction move forward smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to keep accurate records while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $25-$30 per hour

Onsite Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm - after up and trained open to hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries with timely

• Reach out to new and existing leads to encourage next steps

• Arrange sales consultations, customer visits, and installation appointments

• Work closely with sales representatives and installers to align schedules

• Confirm upcoming appointments and installation dates

• Maintain complete and current customer records

• Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements - Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, or another client-focused role is required.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.

• Excellent organizational abilities and close attention to detail when managing appointments, records, and follow-up tasks.

• Ability to handle multiple conversations, schedules, and priorities effectively in a busy office environment.

• Confidence making outbound calls and maintaining regular follow-up with prospective customers.

• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn customer service, scheduling, and record-management systems quickly.
