Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Direct Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Installer to join a growing team that specializes in premium garage storage and organization solutions. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be employed directly by the company from day one and have the opportunity to build a long-term career with an organization focused on quality, customer service, and professional growth.

This position involves traveling to residential customer locations throughout Southwest Florida to install custom garage storage systems, shelving, cabinets, overhead racks, and organization solutions. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, and enjoys working directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install garage storage systems, cabinets, shelving, overhead racks, and organization products at residential properties

• Travel to customer locations and professionally represent the company

• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment

• Read measurements, layouts, and installation plans

• Safely operate hand tools and power tools

• Communicate with customers throughout the installation process

• Ensure all projects are completed with a high level of quality and attention to detail

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in installation, construction, carpentry, remodeling, cabinetry, shelving, or handyman work preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lift and carry materials throughout the day

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

• Dependable work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $55000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
