About the Opportunity
Broadstaff is recruiting on behalf of a leading organization undergoing significant infrastructure transformation initiatives across a large-scale telecommunications and critical infrastructure environment.
We are seeking an experienced
Infrastructure Program Manager to lead complex programs involving infrastructure optimization, site consolidation, decommissioning, power initiatives, and network modernization efforts. This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for driving strategic projects that impact operational efficiency, cost reduction, and infrastructure performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale infrastructure transformation programs from planning through execution.
- Manage portfolio-level initiatives involving network modernization, facility consolidation, and infrastructure optimization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, field services, real estate, finance, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, risk registers, and executive reporting packages.
- Drive program governance, stakeholder communication, and project accountability.
- Oversee infrastructure decommissioning, migration, consolidation, and efficiency initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost savings, and process optimization.
- Manage vendor performance and ensure delivery against contractual commitments.
- Present program updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Program Management experience managing large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
- Experience leading multi-site infrastructure, telecommunications, network, or critical facilities projects.
- Strong background in program governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Experience coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecommunications industry experience.
- Experience with network transformation or modernization programs.
- Infrastructure consolidation or decommissioning project experience.
- Data center, critical facilities, power systems, or network operations experience.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certification.
- Experience managing large budgets and geographically dispersed teams.
