Job Description

Seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Installer to perform advanced copper cabling installations, rack buildouts, testing, troubleshooting, and small-scope project leadership. This individual will mentor junior installers and work directly with customers, contractors, and project leadership

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of structured cabling experience Strong copper cabling installation and termination experience Experience with cable testing and troubleshooting Rack build and rack dressing experience Knowledge of grounding and bonding practices Ability to lead small projects and train junior installers Strong communication and customer-facing skills Ability to work at heights and travel as needed BICSI Installer 2 Copper (INSTC) certification Manufacturer warranty/cabling certifications Lift certification Fiber cabling experience Previous crew lead or field leadership experience
