Job Description
The Installation Helper works alongside lead technicians to support the installation of equipment, fixtures and related components. This role provides an extra set of hands on site, assisting with a wide variety of tasks that change from day to day depending on the project and its stage. Responsibilities
Assist lead technicians with installations and related tasks as a reliable right-hand support.
Move, carry, and position materials and equipment needed for installation work.
Hold and stabilize materials and components during installation to ensure accuracy and safety.
Use hand tools and power tools to help with installation activities under the guidance of the lead technician.
Climb ladders as needed to access work areas safely and efficiently.
Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Follow instructions from the lead technician and adapt to changing duties based on the project and its stage.
Support a variety of installation tasks that can change daily, rather than performing repetitive, routine work.
Meet at the shop each day and ride with the lead technician to job sites as scheduled.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on physically demanding tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
