We are actively seeking 2 Lead Fiber Technicians and 2 Low Voltage Helpers to assist with fiber optic and structured cabling installations. Additional openings may become available as the project expands.
This is an excellent opportunity for technicians looking to gain experience with a company that is rapidly growing its self-perform installation business across the United States.
Responsibilities
Install, route, and support low-voltage cabling systems
Pull, dress, and secure fiber optic and Cat6 cabling
Label and document cable runs
Terminate fiber and copper cabling
Perform testing and troubleshooting using Fluke testing equipment
Read and follow project drawings and installation standards
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Support project milestones and quality standards on a commercial construction site
Lead Technician Responsibilities
In addition to the duties above:
Coordinate daily work activities with onsite supervision
Mentor and direct helper-level technicians
Perform fiber terminations and testing
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Required Skills
Low voltage installation experience
Fiber optic installation experience
Cat6 installation experience
Cabling, labeling, and termination experience
Experience using or interpreting testing equipment
Ability to work in a commercial construction environment
Preferred Qualifications
Fiber termination experience
Fluke testing experience
Structured cabling experience
Data center experience
Experience leading crews or small teams (Lead Technicians)
Project Requirements
OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
10-panel drug screen
Background check
MEWP/Lift Certification preferred
Certification can be provided onsite if needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
