Our client, a leading organization in telecommunications and technology services, is seeking a Sr. Telecom Tech Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Sr. Telecom Tech Consultant, you will be an integral part of the technical support and deployment team, contributing your expertise to enhance communication systems and infrastructure. Job Title: Sr. Telecom Tech Consultant
Location: Oak Brook, Illinois
Pay Range: $ 30-35/hr+/-
What's the Job?
Support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of telecommunications systems and applications.
Assist in managing the deployment of telephony applications and systems.
Diagnose and resolve telecommunications service issues efficiently and effectively.
Document work processes, service reports, and system updates accurately.
Coordinate with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
What's Needed?
Previous experience or background in telecommunications.
Working knowledge of telecommunications systems, voice services, and telephony applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
