Job Title: Sr. Telecom Tech Consultant
Location: Oak Brook, Illinois
Pay Range: $ 30-35/hr+/-
What's the Job?
Support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of telecommunications systems and applications.
Assist in managing the deployment of telephony applications and systems.
Diagnose and resolve telecommunications service issues efficiently and effectively.
Document work processes, service reports, and system updates accurately.
Coordinate with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
What's Needed?
Previous experience or background in telecommunications.
Working knowledge of telecommunications systems, voice services, and telephony applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
