We are a growing framing contractor serving The Villages, FL, and we’re looking for a dependable and self-motivated Construction Waste Handling Specialist to join our field operations team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites. You’ll work independently across multiple construction sites, monitor site cleanliness, handle construction debris, coordinate dumpster needs, assist with material organization, and communicate regularly with supervisors, subcontractors, and framing crews.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, productive, organized, and able to take initiative without needing constant supervision. What You’ll Do
- Walk multiple job sites daily and monitor overall cleanliness and organization.
- Identify construction debris and materials that need to be removed or properly handled.
- Understand and distinguish between company materials and debris and materials belonging to other trades.
- Communicate with builder supervisors, subcontractors, and framing crews regarding materials, debris, and job site needs.
- Coordinate dumpster placement at job sites.
- Monitor dumpster capacity and determine when dumpsters need to be emptied.
- Drive trucks and pull trailers as needed to transport construction debris and materials.
- Coordinate and complete trips to the landfill when necessary.
- Pick up and remove construction debris to help maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
- Assist with material organization and general job site organization.
- Drive between multiple job sites throughout the day.
- Maintain professional working relationships with builders, inspectors, subcontractors, trade partners, and framing crews.
- Identify issues in the field and take appropriate action to help resolve them efficiently.
- Support daily field operations and help ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and ready for ongoing work.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
- Ability to understand and identify which materials and debris are the responsibility of our company and which belong to other trades.
- Knowledge of framing materials and lumber.
- Fluent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Daily communication with supervisors, subcontractors, and framing crews is required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers.
- Ability to travel between multiple job sites throughout the workday.
- Ability to work outdoors throughout the day in Florida weather conditions.
- Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift 70+ pounds.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, working on roofs, and accessing two-story homes when needed.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends when business needs require it.

Technology & Communication
Employees must be comfortable using Google’s business platform and company communication tools on their personal phones during the workday. A company email address will be provided.
Personal phone use is permitted; however, employees are expected to remain focused and productive during working hours, and excessive personal phone use will not be permitted.
