- Partner with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives and align resources with strategic business objectives.
- Oversee program budgets, forecasting, CapEx, financial controls, and overall portfolio performance.
- Lead, develop, and mentor Directors, Program Managers, Project Managers, and other PMO leaders.
- Establish meaningful KPIs and executive dashboards to measure schedule, cost, quality, productivity, and operational performance.
- Identify portfolio-level risks and develop mitigation and recovery strategies.

- Demonstrated success managing large capital programs and significant project budgets.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure deployment, including engineering, construction, permitting, procurement, network implementation, and operations.
- Experience leading Directors, Program Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, CapEx management, and executive financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop executive dashboards, KPIs, governance structures, and portfolio reporting.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience supporting rapidly growing or transforming telecommunications organizations.
- PMP, PgMP, or other advanced program/project management certification.
- Experience developing or transforming an enterprise PMO.
- Experience implementing PMO technology, portfolio management platforms, and executive reporting systems.
What Will Catch Our Eye
We are looking for someone who has
already led at this level. The strongest candidates will have owned a substantial PMO organization, managed major telecommunications infrastructure portfolios, led senior program leaders, and regularly presented program performance, financials, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
This is not a developmental step into a Vice President role. We are seeking a proven executive who can step in, establish credibility quickly, and provide immediate leadership to a complex PMO organization.
