We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team for the scheduling of maintenance items, inventory management, overseeing contract labor, manage employees, research and management of projects and other related duties as needed.

Responsible for all personnel related functions for maintenance employees including, but not limited to, hiring, firing, and performance appraisals
Performs Preventative and/or project maintenance planning
Supervision of all maintenance employees and shifts
Oversee contractors
Inventory management
Research and manage projects
Acts as an assistant to higher-level maintenance personnel on larger, more complex maintenance activities
Ensures that work meets all applicable Health and Safety Standard and Operating Procedures
Other duties as assigned
What Does it Take to Work for Clean Harbors?
3 years of leadership experience
3 years plant maintenance experience in one of the following areas preferred: preventative maintenance, installations, welding, electrical, pipefitting, heavy equipment mechanics, hydraulics, I&E and/or planning
Inventory and purchase ordering experience
Familiar with compliance and regulations
Strong computer skills
Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including movements such as lifting, bending, reaching, climbing, and the manipulating and handling of objects
