Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Job Description
The Electrician works on commercial building projects, ensuring that all installations, repairs, and maintenance work are completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with building and safety codes. This role involves planning electrical layouts, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining a good work environment
Responsibilities
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components as required for commercial installations.
Direct and train workers to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and related equipment.
Perform troubleshooting on electrical systems to identify issues and implement effective repairs.
Repair or replace wiring, conduits, and other electrical components as needed to maintain system reliability and safety.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working on commercial building projects and familiarity with related electrical systems.
Knowledge of building and safety codes relevant to electrical wiring and equipment installation.
Ability to prepare sketches and follow detailed blueprints to guide installations.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and crews on site.
Comfort with coordinating work through phone calls and other communication tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edison, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
