Insight Global is seeking a Client Experience Specialist for a leading remote workforce solutions organization. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls and messages with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. You will answer questions, schedule appointments, capture leads, process orders, and provide support while using sound judgment and following client-specific guidelines and workflows. This role requires the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools, accurately document customer interactions, manage competing priorities, and resolve issues in a timely and appropriate manner. You will handle challenging interactions calmly and professionally, work toward positive outcomes, recognize when additional support is needed, and appropriately escalate concerns. You will also be responsible for quickly learning new systems, processes, client requirements, and workflow changes while consistently meeting established expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, and overall performance.
Working Requirements:
- Located near Charleston, SC and able to remain local throughout employment.
- Must be willing to travel to CHS office 2-3 times per year
- Flexible availability within 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
- Dedicated home office/workspace free from distractions
- Hardwired internet connection (Ethernet required)
- Private home internet account (no shared apartment/community internet)
- Compatible internet provider (no T-Mobile wireless/5G, cellular, ATMC, Pinnacle Solutions, etc.)
- No VPN installed on work computer
- Webcam available for training with camera on without background
- Ability to attend mandatory 2-week training with no absences starting on September 28th
- Able to work minimum 8-hour shifts on Fridays and Saturdays during first 8-12 weeks after training
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM after errors)
Day-to-Day:
- Answer inbound customer calls and messages
- Schedule appointments and process customer requests
- Capture leads and accurately document interactions
- Take orders and provide client-specific support
- Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate when appropriate
- Follow established client workflows and service guidelines
- Maintain productivity, quality, and attendance metrics
- Participate in ongoing learning and development activities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a remote environment
