Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within its Osceola facility. This position combines hands-on maintenance leadership with people management and operational support in a highly automated food manufacturing environment.

We are seeking candidates who can balance leadership responsibilities with strong mechanical problem-solving and a sense of urgency around production support.

Supervisors are expected to be highly visible throughout the facility and work closely with technicians to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise a team of approximately 15 maintenance technicians and skilled trades employees.

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management.

• Lead troubleshooting efforts during equipment failures and production downtime.

• Prioritize maintenance activities to support plant production goals.

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Maintain high levels of food safety, employee safety, and equipment reliability.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal engineering teams.

• Review maintenance reports, work orders, and equipment performance metrics.

• Support installation and startup of new equipment and plant improvements.

• Serve as a visible leader on the production floor, proactively identifying maintenance and safety concerns before they become larger issues.

Schedule:

• 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

• 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience

• Mechanical troubleshooting expertise

• Previous experience overseeing maintenance personnel

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, food production, or related environments

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work effectively in production-driven environments - Food Manufacturing experience
