Maintenance Supervisor
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader with strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge and experience building effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day plant maintenance activities with a strong focus on safety, equipment reliability, and production performance .
Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs .
Drive improvements in OEE, equipment uptime, repair time, and right-first-time performance .
Manage maintenance budgets, capital expenditure needs, spare parts, and maintenance inventory.
Coordinate outside contractors and critical equipment repairs.
Ensure maintenance work meets company, safety, and regulatory standards.
Support new equipment installations, equipment fine-tuning, and manufacturing improvement projects.
Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, HSE, Logistics, and other plant teams.
What We're Looking For
7-9 years of experience maintaining complex production equipment.
Previous maintenance leadership/management experience .
Technical training or certification in multiple areas such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics .
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance .
Safety-focused, collaborative leadership style.
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Required to be on-call as needed
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
