Job Description

Our client is seeking a ISP Technician or an experienced technician ready to step into a leadership role for a major project supporting work at the Novelis facility. This individual will play a key role in coordinating field activities, maintaining quality standards, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has hands-on low-voltage or telecommunications installation experience and can demonstrate their contributions and responsibilities on previous projects. We are looking for a professional who can take ownership of their work, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and help lead crews in the field.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of verifiable low-voltage, telecommunications, or structured cabling experience.

Experience installing, testing and terminating Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling.

Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and construction drawings.

Experience leading projects, crews, or taking ownership of field responsibilities.

Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.

Ability to pass any required background screening and drug testing.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills. BICSI Cert
