Our client is seeking a
Construction Supervisor to support a major fiber network deployment project in the
Dayton/Lima, Indiana market. This role will oversee outside plant (OSP) construction activities, manage contractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily OSP fiber construction activities
- Manage contractors and field crews
- Monitor project schedules, production, and quality
- Conduct field inspections and ensure work meets customer specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Track project progress and provide status updates
- Resolve field issues and support timely project completion
Qualifications
- Experience supervising telecommunications or fiber construction projects
- Strong knowledge of OSP fiber construction practices
- Experience managing subcontractors and field personnel
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market
