*Atlantic Comfort Systems is looking for a Lead HVAC Foreman*

*Job Description and Responsibilities:*

* Understands the entire project scope and can appropriately delegate tasks to ensure work completion.
* Has strong communication and team-building skills.
* Can direct equipment and resources.
* Engages in clear communication with project managers.
* Establishes a daily plan and coordinates the tasks of the construction crew.
* Can identify and execute best practices concerning the efficient use of construction mate- rails, manpower, and equipment.
* Plans work in an efficient and effective order, maximizing progress in a safe and timely manner.
* Can competently use the required equipment and tools for each project.
* Reads and interprets project plans and specifications.
* Works in a safe and responsible manner.

*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*

* Blueprint reading.
* Knowledge of construction processes.
* Knowledge of construction equipment.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Time management.
* Attention to detail with strong follow through.
* Supervisory skills.
* Communication and organization skills.
* Solution based problem solver with a positive attitude.
* Proficient with iPad and has a willingness to learn construction related applications.

*Qualifications & Experience*

* Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience Commercial/Residential Plumbing & HVAC

*License/Certification:*

* Driver's License (Required)
* Plumbing License, ME/NH
* Gas License ME/NH
* EPA 608 Universal Certification

*Job Type: *Full-time

*Pay: *$48,357.00 - $75,000.00 per year
