Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil / Bridge Construction
*Location:* Denver, CO
*Salary:* $120,000–$130,000/year (DOE)

We're looking for an experienced *Senior Project Manager* to lead heavy civil, bridge, and structural concrete projects throughout the Denver area. What You'll Do
* Manage all phases of heavy civil, bridge, and structural concrete construction projects.
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and profitability.
* Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field leadership.
* Review plans, specifications, and project scopes.
* Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
* Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
* Mentor and support project engineers and field teams.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field (equivalent field experience will also be considered).
* 5+ years of project management experience in *heavy civil, bridge, structural concrete, public works, DOT, municipal, federal, or large-scale infrastructure construction*.
* Strong experience managing commercial and civil concrete projects from start to finish.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Project, HCSS, HeavyBid, HeavyJob, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
* Knowledge of permitting, environmental compliance, traffic control, erosion control, quality assurance, and applicable construction regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
