*RESPONSIBILITIES*

* Assist with project logistics (clean up, material storage, water pumping etc.)
* Support project team in construction and installation of safety measures
* Actively participate in Task Hazard Analysis (THA)
* Work in an organized manner
* Complete certification courses (spotter, flagger, OSHA 10, fire watch etc.)
* Utilize common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools (hammer, shovel, water pump, hammer drill, saw, demolition hammer, etc.)
* Assist other trades when necessary

*QUALIFICATIONS*

* 1 year of experience as a laborer in commercial construction projects
* Identify common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools
* Understand construction terminology
* Proven commitment to Safety
* Able to work night shifts when needed
* Must have reliable transportation to/from the job site
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Must be self-motivated and can work well with others
* Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
* Ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing 50 pounds
* Ability to squat, crawl, and work in confined spaces
* Minimum age 18+
* Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
