Kodiak Labor Solutions is recruiting a *Mechanical Construction Project Manager* for one of Virginia's premier commercial mechanical contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in commercial construction and enjoys leading projects from preconstruction through closeout.

*What You'll Do*

* Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from award through completion
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and profitability
* Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
* Lead project buyout, procurement, and material management
* Conduct WIP reviews and maintain accurate project forecasts
* Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
* Build strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders
* Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
* Support permitting, payroll approvals, and project administration

*What We're Looking For*

✔ 5+ years of commercial mechanical construction project management experience

✔ Recent experience working for a *mechanical contractor or mechanical subcontractor (preferably), *will also consider candidates from a GC with a background in mechanical work

✔ Experience managing HVAC, plumbing, piping, or MEP construction projects

✔ Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, forecasting, and cost control

✔ OSHA 30 Certification preferred

✔ PMP Certification is a plus
