We're seeking Fiber Technicians with at least 6 months of hands-on telecom, fiber optic, or structured cabling experience to support major infrastructure projects.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll help build and support the fiber infrastructure that powers today's data centers and technology networks.
Daily responsibilities include:
Pulling and routing fiber optic and low-voltage cabling
Installing cable trays, J-hooks, D-rings, and support systems
Preparing, organizing, and labeling fiber and copper cables
Assisting with fiber terminations and connectivity
Installing and assembling equipment racks and cabinets
Following construction drawings and project specifications
Supporting pathway installations and infrastructure buildouts
Using hand tools and installation equipment safely
Maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the project
✅ What We're Looking ForRequired
6+ months of fiber optic, telecom, structured cabling, or low-voltage experience
Experience pulling cable or fiber
Experience working with hand tools
Ability to read and follow blueprints, prints, or job-site drawings
Comfortable working in construction environments
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
