We are seeking Security/Structured Cabling Technicians for an ongoing data center construction project located in Rayville, LA. These technicians can be local or are able to travel full-time for the position during the duration of the project.

Skills and Requirements

Position Requirements - Structured Cabling Technician:

- Experience with Shielded Cat6 Structured Cabling installations in commercial, industrial, or data center environments

- Proficient in terminating shielded Cat6 jacks and RJ45's

- Proficient in installing, labeling, and terminating rack mounted patch panels

- Proficient in testing and troubleshooting Cat6 (Fluke Versiv experience preferred)

- Fiber installation and termination experience

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and installation details

- Familiarity with Data Center environments is preferred

- Ability to work safely in an active construction environment

- Willingness to work overtime as project demands require
