Broadstaff is seeking a Senior Construction Manager on behalf of our client, a leading telecommunications construction organization, to oversee OSP fiber construction operations in the Columbus market.
This role is ideal for an experienced OSP leader who can manage supervisors, crews, and subcontractors while driving project execution, operational performance, and team development. This position is focused on leadership, market oversight, and construction management.
Responsibilities
- Lead OSP construction operations across multiple projects
- Manage supervisors, crews, and subcontractors
- Drive safety, quality, production, and schedule performance
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Qualifications
- 7+ years of OSP telecom construction experience
- 3+ years in a construction leadership role
- Strong knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction
- Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors
- Understanding of project financials and operational metrics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
