Job Title: Senior Mechatronic Robotic Technician Job Description
As a Senior Mechatronic Robotic Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-speed automated and robotic equipment. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining and repairing material handling systems, ensuring efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Responsibilities
Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment such as conveyors.
Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
Perform battery changes and preventive maintenance on batteries.
Enter downtime data in the daily log and complete PM sheets.
Apply knowledge of basic electrical components to troubleshoot and identify equipment problems.
Track and store the department's inventory, including spare parts.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in conducting quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
2+ years of experience with the repair of material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems and controls.
Experience in reading blueprints and electrical schematics for at least 2 years.
Knowledge and experience with electrical and electronic principles for a minimum of 2 years.
1+ year of experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to troubleshoot basic input and output functions of building operations.
Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Continuous improvement mindset.
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with OEM and Safety standards.
Associates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
2+ years of apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
2+ years of experience working with PLC-based controls systems.
Experience with robotic operation and maintenance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.60 - $42.60/hr.
