Position Overview
We're seeking experienced Architect (CAD & Construction Documentation) professionals to contribute their advanced technical expertise to a dynamic customer project. In this remote contractor role, you will leverage your domain knowledge to create high-quality architectural and engineering documentation that helps train next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly impact how models learn, reason, and perform through real-world, professional-grade input. No prior AI experience is required your architectural and technical expertise is what matters.

Primary Responsibilities
As an Architect specializing in CAD and construction documentation, you will:
- Create detailed and accurate floor plans and elevation sets based on specific project requirements and architectural standards
- Develop comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering applications using industry-standard software
- Prepare precise Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts for manufacturing and construction documentation
- Produce and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics in compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Design, review, and optimize PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturability, functionality, and integration within building systems
- Collaborate with project stakeholders through structured exchanges to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions
- Deliver thorough, well-organized documentation packages that meet project milestones and quality expectations
- Maintain consistency across multi-document sets and ensure all deliverables align with project specifications
Required Skills & Competencies
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in:
- Floor plan development and documentation
- Elevation set creation and presentation
- CAD drawing production (2D and 3D)
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts
- Multi-sheet electrical schematics design and annotation
- PCB layout design and optimization
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard tools for 2D/3D CAD design and PCB layout software
- Proven expertise in generating, interpreting, and applying GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams
- Demonstrated experience developing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multi-document sets and complex projects
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience collaborating effectively on remote, cross-functional projects
- Strong ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
Scope of Work
This is a project-based contractor position. You will work on deliverables that include:
- Architectural and construction documentation packages
- Electrical schematic and PCB design integration
- Technical drawings with precise GD&T specifications
