Broadstaff is seeking an organized and proactive
Onboarding & Operations Coordinator to support a large telecommunications infrastructure program. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing details, solving problems, coordinating people and processes, and keeping operations running smoothly.
You'll play a key role in onboarding field technicians and engineers, coordinating travel and expenses, supporting staffing vendors, working with multiple hiring managers, and ensuring projects stay organized and on track.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding for technicians, engineers, and project personnel
- Manage onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking
- Support multiple hiring managers across various locations
- Communicate with staffing vendors, contractors, and field teams
- Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation
- Manage workflows across multiple systems and platforms
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, onboarding, workforce coordination, recruiting support, HR administration, or similar environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software platforms
- Experience supporting field personnel or project-based teams is a plus
