Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with our field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
This is a great opportunity for individuals coming from retail, food service, hospitality, or recent graduates looking to start a career in operations, customer service, or the skilled trades industry. No prior HVAC or plumbing experience required-we'll train the right person!
What You'll Do
Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently
Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job details, updates, and scheduling changes
Maintain accurate customer records in our system
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve concerns when possible
Prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
Support team operations and contribute to a positive office culture
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience navigating ERP
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High level of motivation, persistence, and resilience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
