Job Description:
This position will be based at our project site in Phoenix, Arizona.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Work alongside the site construction lead to coordinate overall field operations, including project scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, adherence to drawings and specifications, and subcontractor communication.
- Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure work is safe, meets quality standards, and aligns with project drawings and specifications.
- Ensures all work adheres to the established project schedule; escalates potential or actual project delays to Project Construction Manager.
- Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and approval, which serve as official project records.
- Takes progress photographs of construction events and labels and identifies each photograph.
- Assists site construction lead or Project Construction Manager with Monthly Progress Reports.
- Ensures that contractors are using the latest design drawing revision for construction.
- May provide assistance to Project Construction Manager.
- May be responsible for key trade and/or subcontractor in support of overall project.
- Prepares contract extras and progress payments for client approval working with Project Manager.
- Provide proper correspondence with project management and clients such that all project issues are handled in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Maintain on-site records and files in accordance with The Perry Group's document control standards and best practices.
- Understand and uphold The Perry Group's Quality Policy and follow Quality Systems Work Instructions to maintain project excellence.
- Pay Range Minimum: $68,370
- Pay Range Maximum: $112,840
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience
- Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
