Our client is a regional provider of reliable, advanced internet services, and is seeking several experienced Network Fiber Technicians to join their team.
Our client is expanding these services in the central Missouri markets that include Harrisonville, Warrensburg and Sedalia. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair fiber lines and systems that deliver high-speed internet to homes and businesses.
Job Title: Network Fiber Technician
Location: Harrisonville to Warrensburg to Sedalia
Pay Rate Range: $24hr-$26hr
Shift: Daytime shift
What's the Job?
Install, maintain, and repair mainline and service fiber cables and related equipment
Operate bucket trucks and assist with pole transfers and aerial construction
Troubleshoot and repair damaged fiber lines to restore service
Follow all safety protocols and standards on every job site
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Provide responsive, courteous service during installations or repairs
Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs as part of daily tasks
Show up consistently and ready to work in all weather conditions

Experience/Knowledge Required:
2+ years of experience in fiber, construction, or utility work
Some college or technical training preferred
Prior experience with aerial construction or working from a bucket truck
Flexible and solutions-oriented when challenges arise
Comfortable working independently or with a small team
